DESCRIPTION

The minitubolar heaters are designed and manufactured for use in hard-running applications with extreme flexibility and small footprint compared to the heating element made.The areas in which we use special minitubolar heaters vary a lot even if we find them more often in the heat nozzle of the hot rooms, in injection molds and very advanced processes that span fields of research. The minitubolar heaters are electric heating elements of high quality consisting of:

  • Ni-Cr resistance wire in helical shape placed concentrically with respect to stainless steel sheath.
  • Insulation compact magnesium oxide.

Stainless steel outer sheath that ensures it functionality and performance.
They are available upon request with internal thermocouple.

All coil heaters are subjected to the test of quality and safety. The tests are performed with automatic machine and comply with all applicable legislation.

  • Resistive wire: nickel chrome 80/20
  • Insulation: magnesium oxide compacted
  • Stainless steel tube
  • Bottom disc: welded stainless steel
  • Nickel cables , PTFE insulated
  • Rolling on request
